      Pros

      I've worked for many welfare to work providers in my ten year W2W history, however this is the first company where my opinions, ideas and innovations have really been valued. A very professional company who value their work force, don't get me wrong this doesn't mean you can get away with poor performance, but it does mean they value your professional contribution. They pay is extremely competitive and the benefits are too.

      Coming to the end of a contract, so some staff are seeing the future as bleak.

      Struggling to find one. Only typing to fill the required amount of character.

      Cons

      Where to start - firstly the role should not be advertised as an employment advisor, it should be appointment setter. The Job is portrayed as helping people getting back into work, listening to their needs and helping break down barriers. It sounds extreamly rewarding. However, in reality it's all focused on filling clients MAPS with enough hours to pass an audit. Unrealistic targets to get people into work. Unhealthy atmosphere. Pay rise - never. Make sure and push for max at interview (if you are that hard up you need the job).
