Lack of support, staff turnover, grossly underpaid compared to other employment advisors within the business and industry doing the same role but with a different provider. Clauses placed in policies to ensure staff can’t ask for pay rises for the high stress job of working with vulnerable clients with mental health issues - long hours at times to ensure we are tailoring the support for our clients, lack of rooms to see clients In so mainly telephone support due to the confidential nature of the discussions. Goal posts are changed for outcomes constantly - the job is completely different to what we were sold at interview! Half of the employees on this contract will require the support we are providing it’s shameful you treat staff dealing with some of the most vulnerable people like this! The month is of training we received was an absolute waste of time also, as none of it comes in useful now!
