After five years at Ingeus, I’m moving on to a new opportunity and as such can speak freely about my time here. Ingeus believed and backed me from day one: over the course of my five years I was enrolled in three external training programmes, including a CMI Level 5 qualification and promoted four times. The leadership encouraged, and invested in, my professional development. Personally, when I was unwell, the support I received — both from my line manager and through the Vitality Private Health Cover — was unwavering. The treatment I needed was fully covered, and I felt genuinely cared for. For this I will be eternally grateful. Ingeus is not just a company that says it has values - I can personally vouch for the fact that they live by them too. If you're considering joining Ingeus, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cons

Ingeus runs government contracts and the uncertain nature of the contract cycle means career progression and opportunities are sometimes hard to predict and work towards.
