Please avoid this company, Your role is dependant on how many people you can get a job. The contract states it to help people impacted by COVID return to work but in fact you have to try and get people who don’t speak English, never worked and don’t want to work a job. Management put pressure on you to achieve job starts that are unachievable , no progression and moreover you are treated like dirt by claimants, they abuse you and you the company have refused to provide security. Please don’t listen to what they say on training, it’s a load of hougey ,
