IT set up and in house IT support wasn't easy but everything always gets resolved. Fantastic positive mental attitude within the team

Pros

Ingeus is full of supportive staff, you're part of a team and everyone has your back. They do lots for good causes and the area, offering a government funded employment finding service that has all sorts of support and upskilling sesdsions.

Cons

Targets are quite high for the office

Wage is pretty good but doesn't out way the stress

Cons

Over worked- more and more tasks added to your work load and expectations remain the same. Told to do training in your own time after a full day of work. Company doesn't abide by there own values, they are not bothered about participants or staff just that they make money
