The location was accessible, good shops near by for Lunch

Cons

Break timings Terrible managers - Managers could not articulate themselves in a professional manner Tiny office space - Cluttered and claustrophobic Unrealistic targets considering the job involved cold calling The list can go on but it is not worth my time.

The work I do is worthwhile and makes a difference to people's lives. Great colleagues with a true sense of teamwork.

Cons

Inexperienced managers with varying understanding of professional boundaries. Not forward-thinking as an organisation. Limited understanding of motivation and demotivation.
