Nice people who trusted what the organisation says in PAPER which is helping unemployed people to find meaningful employment but the reality is VERY different

Cons

My manager was the most incompetent individual I ever worked with. She was lazy everything but supportive and extremely unprofessional. The senior management was threatening and very unfriendly. The company is heavily targets based and the team was extremely affected by the pressure coming from above. Procedures were changing on a weekly basis to the point that it was very difficult to keep track of everything!! For my was a very negative experience. My recommendation? Stay away from this org if you can
