      Pros

      one of the best company around the world to start career with. Awesome training session.

      Cons

      hectic schedule, work pressure. but it's common in almost all software companies so doesn't matter much. Salary hike is much less then this company deserve.

      Onsite opportunities,knowledge sharing, gr8 campus,Brand name works anywhere you go, will help you in switching, HR management is top class

      Unfriendly policies, appraisal system, no appreciation from management, iRace acting as a roadblock in growth of an employee, transfer is difficult

      Pros

      Infosys is a good company as a career launch pad. The trainings and the brand name sure helps you enhance your career - not inside but in other companies. Also it provides nice facilities for relaxing - the lawns, the greenery and the infrastructure.

      Cons

      Except for the infrastructure and the brand name, there is nothing else to feel good about. The salaries makes you cry in frustration, a clear observer can sure understand that the management encourages hero worshiping and boot licking for allocating onsite opportunities and good projects.
