Good Infrastructure... Open door policy allowing employees to communicate with Senior management minimizing politics to certain extent good training facilities good project processes

Cons

Difficult to switch business units/technology which you initially start in.. Appraisal, ratings, promotion, onsite are all manager dependent... No work from home option means have to stay in office for stipulated time..since theres only one centralized office location/campus & considering the traffic problem in bangalore...Work life balance takes a big hit..specially working moms

Really good oppurtunities within the origanization if you serve more than 3 years. Good amount of onsite oppurtunities compared to any other company in the market.

Cons

Too rigid policies which are not altered and all top management decisions are taken without employee feedback. Appriasal system is very bad.
