Pros
1) Good Trainings 2) Lots of activities to ensure work life balance..though some ppl are burdened so much to ever enjoy them 3) You can convey your grievances..so as to vent your frustration..Though seldon they are handled.
Cons
1) Poor compensation 2) Post iRace the performance system/appraisals have become really opaque. You are not part of any discussion. Your fate is decided and then communicated to you. 3) It takes a very long time to get promoted. And compensation reviews are very minimal. So a bad idea to stick to the company for long. 4) Very difficult or nearly impossible to get out of the project if you're stuck in the maintenance/support project. As it never ends and responsibility/dependency keeps on increasing with time. 5) The promotion slots for an IBU depend upon the profitability of your business unit. If you are stuck in the wrong lane, God be with you.
