The best part of the journey was training @ Mysore. It was extended college life with world class facility all around you also you are being paid for studying. Employee driven company. Any employee can raise genuine concerns and the issue will be resolved. Employee care centre is the best part of any Infosys campus with all the facility at one place.

Cons

Work is more of mundane nature and creative takes a back seat but this is the scenario in most of the IT company.
