Infrastructure and facilities at every Development Center is amazing. You will get whatever you need to stay & survive in a new city.

Cons

Work culture undergoes change with change in location of the Development Center. Chandigarh needs to be fairer to its employees. If you don't give them work to do, you cannot expect them to have a certain number of hours for the next appraisal cycle!
