      Pros

      It is a very immature atmosphere. If you like goofing off and doing nothing... go for it.

      Cons

      You can't move up. They lie about internal position openings. They micromanage to the fullest. The managers don't have a clue about what is going on. Upper management is NEVER around. They like to play games with employee's heads. I absolutely hated working here. They have poor judgement in hiring from within - it is all played out as "the good 'ol boy" network. It's a massive exodus of friends who support each other at the top. What they say goes, it may not make a lick of sense.

      Some good talented people that want to do the right thing wfm product team are excellent

      Cons

      Run as fast as you can away . Do not take a job here .the sales leaders in wfm are weak, manipulative dishonest jerks. The sales culture and overall leadership at corporate is embarrassingly bad. Almost all customers are unhappy and customer support is horrible Finance run incredibly process laden company that does tons of unnatural things for a software company. It’s 5x harder to be successful here than at competitors

      There are a number of great people that work in the Finance department and other areas

      Cons

      Employees are treated like an expense, rather than an asset Far too much Micromanaging The lack of trust and respect shown to employees by managers The constant references to PBM by management while they continue to act in ways that are not aligned with these principles Being told that the company is in a really good position financially, but at the same time they cannot afford to give payrises.
