Pros

Decent benefits and the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Awful place to work but if you do come here, don’t plan on having a career. This company has been flip flopping it’s way around for years in hopes of going public. It looks like this is happening sooner rather than later and they are “trimming the fat”. The problem is, the “fat” are those at the core of the company who woke hard and have heart. No one is safe! Even the CEO “stepped down” recently. Unfortunately this went from an awesome company with a value system to a company who does business with the Koch brothers and now it’s all down hill. No transparency, you literally come in everyday hoping to not get fired, very weird environment.

Good Training Ground

Pros

- good training ground for fresh grads. - generous in letting you attend trainings abroad. (plus generous in accommodation, airfare and per diem!) - for the consulting department, you get to have business travel depending on your client. but it's mostly remote work in Manila. - nice superiors. they would want you to push through your limits and challenge yourself to become the best consultant you can be. - free shuttle - lots of clubs and activities by the HR. efficient HR and Finance Teams. - fair compensation and benefits package - flexible schedule - good office location (in the heart of BGC) - you get to learn a lot - variable compensation every quarter - good collaboration with friendly colleagues

Cons

- there are days that there are work burnouts. it just so happened mine lasted for 5 months until I quit. - less work life balance than expected - management does not really prioritize the welfare of employees - will make you work on external client projects alongside internal initiatives (a.k.a. overwork) - office politics - management will not really help you pursue your career interests - micromanaging leads - some work on weekends - since it's a flexible work schedule, be prepared to go on shifts that is dependent on the location of your client. mostly, consultants work on mid- and night-shifts. - as a consultant, be prepared to work at least 10 hours a day - the consulting department's culture isn't really participative to HR activities and clubs - compensation did not become fair anymore as we are now getting exposed to senior-level tasks (but still the same salary)

Pros

Decent stepping stone company, do not stay longer than you have to.

Cons

No value on lives of employees. New CEO with a finance background, for a reason. No matter who you are, you can be cut with no notice or warnings. Tons of false promises regarding raises and advancement opportunities.
