      Trampoline to Tier 1 companies. Learning experience before the reality in the Titans (Oracle / SAP) hits you in the face. Good first job experience in software industry. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people.

      Oracle and SAP wannabe. Marketing has failed in brand recognition. Pays 25% below industry average at best. Exploitation of workforce by tyrannique management who've no skills. Promotions are based on politics
