      Pros

      The training offered was as good as necessairy. Great team atmosphere at the headquarters, which was unsual at the projects (client).

      Cons

      Too many partners involved at the projects, making it difficult to deal with them sometimes. Not many projects going on for some of the products, having to change our capability areas too often and not being able to get expertise in any of them.

      Pros

      Good onboarding, nice office, good office atmosphere, good KPIs and more or less micro-management by the Team managers but it depends on the manager

      Cons

      Salary not competitive compared with the markets we are working for (UKI, DACH, Scandinavia etc.)

      You have a brand new company working on an amazing world of digital and sofware developement which gives you access to great insight and understanding of tools such as salesforce.com.

      Cons

      There is too much workload for always a smaller amount of people. When you complain about something you have the feeling that is always your problem.
