      company is still looking for direction to go. Management structure is not optional and need to settle down

      Pros

      for some (non US) regions it is good oportunity to work for worldwide company. Feel of stability compared to smaller software companies.

      Cons

      bureaucracy as a part of large companies, many "wrong" people on some positions they do not belongs to as a result of dramatical situation during last years full of acquisitions. Smack of "nationalism" - employes of different nationality are not taken as a partner by some US lower and middle managers

      Intelligent co-workers, but lack of communication from upper management

      Pros

      Overall Infor is a great place to work. The Software Engineers and Architects, at least the ones I've had a chance to work with, are very bright and more than capable. This is a breathe of fresh air having worked at places where colleagues couldn't carry their own weight.

      Cons

      With development teams spread out across the globe and increasing pressure to make deadlines, it can sometimes feel like you are "out of the loop" on what the overall software development goals of the company are. While the compensation and benefits are good, Infor lacks clear policies for salary/wage raises and communication of career advancement opportunities.

      Great place if you like a casual work environment and enjoy travel

      Pros

      Flexible work environment- If you need time off, need to leave early, or need to leave in the middle of the day they are typically accepting of those request. Casual work enviroment- You can wear jeans and a t-shirt to work without an issue; However, when visiting a client site you are expected to wear a shirt/tie. Perks- Free Soda (fountian) and game room with pool, xbox 360, ping pong and foos ball.

      Cons

      Bonuses/Promotions- You may be promised a bonus or promotion; however, most people never get them. Travel- You may have to travel to client sites for a week at a time where often you may be expected to work additional hours.
