Great HR guys, each and everyone of them try to make you feel comfortable and try to help you all the time. Decent salary, not much field to explore and innovate since it is a Spanish company and they have the tendency of being too square.

Cons

The guys in Management are completely usless, they don't care about you, or your future or anything. They don't even bother to evaluate you performanve every year, they ask you to auto-evaluate yourself.
