You get a chance to work with an European company.

Cons

No allowances if you are sent to a client, unless you are from Spain. Employees stay around for a maximum of 2 years. No overtime pay. Employees are always looking at other jobs. The companies employees in Africa are paid really useless money even if they are doing the same job as another in Spain.

It is the biggest Spanish IT company and it looks very niche on your resume.

Cons

You will be only a number. The bureaucracy is huge even to get a laptop power coord. The managers even don't know or a interested in who you are and will only call you when they need something or when there is any problem.
