      Pros

      A big company with a lot of social benefits. This company will afford new education for each employee every year. You will need to work hard and this is going to make you grow.

      Cons

      The salary is pretty not enough and it grows slowly if it does. A lot of internal bureaucracy. Depending on your team, you may deal with pretty good or pretty bad managers.
