      Some interesting projects in a few areas.

      Cons

      Low salary. Long working days No recognition of talent Short teams for very demanding projects. Toxic ambiance. High rotation of the teams. No organization, just managers demanding you for delivering. No good practices.

      Pros

      Its a good company to gain experience at the beginning but you have to chain in a few years if you want to improve.

      Cons

      Salary is not incremented with the years. Its evaluation system and its internal formation is a joke. Remember to in with a great salary because its probably that it wont be increased in nearly 10 years or with a kidding increase
