      Pros

      You can be exposed to many projects and people. Which is suppose to be good for your carrer. Salaries used to be okay for Spain.

      Cons

      Everything. People in charge are not talented. People don't respect you. Many things happening in the company are fishy.

      Pros

      Teammates are all professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Immediate superiors are also approachable and aware of the tasks to be done. Client reassignment is allowed if you request for it. Benefits are competitive enough. Sports-minded employees and management. Flexible schedule depending on which client assigned. Work-life balance observed. Possibility of promotion if you stay long enough and your more tenured teammates leave. Good for fresh graduates.

      Cons

      Salary increase is way too low. Performance rating still very subjective, you get good reviews if you got an easily content superior, poor otherwise. Mediocre compensation for experienced employees. Work can be monotonous especially at client site. Ineffective human resources team. Not so much training and skills advancement to look forward too.

      Big company with several projects thats enable to know many fields

      Cons

      Too Bureocratic that don't let you to work properly. Too mucha work not shared therefore some consultants have greats pick of work and others not
