      Big company with some potential important projects.

      Cons

      Technologically in the 90's, management of the 80's and a enterprise culture aimed to make sense of the numbers rather than the advances of the projects or the workers. Few interest in hiring IT professionals, only people that can become good salesman/women

      At the beginning I had a great boss who kept me busy with new things and even though I had to push through a lot by myself, at least I had the chance to do that and I explored what I liked. I was kinda thrown in water (here's a regular assignment, go and do it without any further instructions what should I do from the business point of view) but with the clear possibility to go and ask my boss about anything.

      Cons

      Not much of a work culture - last team building has taken place two years before I joined the company. After my team leader and his boss left, it went south - no backing up from the management and such. Your experience really depends on which team you land in.
