Ask too much from you and pay too little Too much physical work They make you do so many activities regarding how not to be bias, not to discriminate, etc and yet hr and area managers are the ones breaking those rules. HR acts more like an investigator, always coming and finding something bad. Same goes for area responsibles. Team in general deal too much with gossip that it is impossible to work on that environment for professional people. Have full weekend off only once per month
