Pros

Working at a global company which has 8 brands that appeal to everyone.

Cons

Flexible working hours (by flexible I mean 52 hours -on paper- during sales week! Always getting negative feedbacks related to the things that were not taughtearlier. I mentioned this to one of my store managers. I said 'do not take it personal but 16 out of 20 feedbacks I get are negative, I wish there was some kind of a written thing that tells us our basic responsibilities before trial and error period. This will not only shorten our training period but also would be a good guide. I know it is a hands-on-job but always getting negative feedback demotivates us.' She said, when you go to your own store, you can write a booklet and make a contribution to the company!!! Really??? I would if they hadn't fired me. They fired me because I was a strong character who always said the truth instead of lying or flattering. They said we want to see your management skills, then they were surprised I guess and fired. I don't know other brands of Indıtex or other countries, but in Turkey, if you are applying as a store manager, get ready to harsh criticism, sometimes even yelling, working with egocentric people and so on. They want silent characters, manager title has a different definition there.
