Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We strive to find the best people in the market and as such offer competitive packages that align to an individuals skill set and experience. In the last 6 months alone we've seen just over 15% of employees move roles which really highlights the opportunities for growth and development within the InPost UK business. As a scale up business we enjoy the flexibility and agility a business of our size offers. However, this way of working does not suit everyone. We're proud of what InPost UK offers as well as the upcoming ground-breaking products we are launching in 2022. We endeavour to offer training to all that represent our business with prospective landlords and partners.
