      Pros

      Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet and work with so far are incredibly smart, focused and friendly. InPost have done a great job hiring talented and like-minded people, fostering a fantastic culture. It's fast-past whilst also giving employees the autonomy in their role. Management are generous with their gratitude and recognise hard work.

      Cons

      The business is growing so rapidly, so some foundational work needs to be done to support. I would also love some basic employee benefits to be introduced into the package.

      Fun, fast paced and dynamic business!

      Pros

      Autonomy in your role, the motto really is ask for forgiveness rather than permission Great 'family' feel despite the fact we've not all hand the chance to meet yet due to restrictions Interesting work with great opportunities to learn

      Cons

      It can feel a little bit like organised chaos, we have to work quickly and sometimes the processes /ways of working are set up in situ, there is never a boring day! If you want a easy, sit back and relax type of role InPost isn't really for you!
