Fast pace can cause important things to get overlooked Cross departmental communication needs improving Fast growth means sometimes people find themselves getting bogged down with work load and forgetting to smile and have fun while doing it (i'm guilty of this)

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost UK on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We are thrilled you recognise the strength of the diversity of our team and the opportunities to develop and progress within our business. We are very proud of our friendly and talented team who are often thought leaders in their respective areas. The pace of our business often means we are able to deliver superior outcomes quickly however, at times we recognise that we're not perfect and always look to improve how we maintain both the pace and the quality of our work. Communication is key and recognise that we must always look at where this can be improved. Most recently we enjoyed our first full team away day to launch our strategy/priorities for 2022.. Going forward we will be changing the format of our weekly 'All Hands' call and most recently we formed an extended leadership team to drive better communication and collaboration across departments. As with any role we see peaks and troughs in our workload throughout the year. We ask that any employee that may be struggling with their workload raise it with their manager to ensure the appropriate action is taken. Whether that be to reprioritise or seek extra support. InPost UK strive to deliver exceptional work and have fun while doing so, any suggestions on how we keep it light and take the time to smile are welcome and will be actively embraced! Thanks for taking the time to share your views it is greatly appreciated.

Pros

- The rapid growth that InPost has seen over the past year translates to a fast-paced work environment with great opportunities for individual growth. - Brilliant company culture and great employee benefits. - The downfalls of working remotely during COVID have been mitigated by the great work done to build closer bonds between employees in different departments.

Cons

Exponential growth in such a short space of time brings with it challenges of its own.
