      Passionate team overshadowed by cost-cutting decisions

      Pros

      Plenty of passionate people trying to make something special.

      Cons

      Many of those who built InPost from a minnow to a major player were made redundant in favour of cheaper staff at Menzies and Yodel. Some decisions made sense but many favoured short-term cost savings over expertise.

      Not really a lot other than salary

      Ridiculous recruitment processes- team has one job and is extremely slow. ‘Seniors’ have no real skill and managed to get in there when there were about 5 staff and how hold a superiority complex.
