      - very stable job; - opportunity to learn how to work as a customer service specialist

      - working during holidays; - passing monthly tests in order to be given a bonus; - very strict assessments of recorded calls (imagine that you must not use such words as “problem” or “you have to” – when you do, you get a minus point of a total score); - you are responsible for… literally everything
