Cons

What not? where should I start with? This company made my smooth going life, a hell. My bad that I did not believed on the reviews before joining thinking every company have both pros and cons. Guys, if you are looking for a serious career, willing to stay for a long in a company, willing not to disturb your life and work, my strong suggestion - PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. Because- * You can be asked to leave anytime. * You can be asked to change your role anytime. * Micromanagement and just 15 to 30 mins strict lunch break at Mysore office, like really? * You can be asked to report to someone who is not well experienced in the same field. * Your work will be reviewed by those who are totally illiterate in your field. They don't know anything but still they will have a lot to comment on. * I actually experienced the meaning of probation. I know why is probation made, but in this small company the execution is done very badly. * Management is pathetic - you can say no management at all. Neither in Manchester, nor in India office which is only in Mysore. * Not the HR and the manager, but the COO decides your future what to do and what not, doesn't matter for what you have hired for. * The COO don't know a single technical line but will participate in every technical discussion and will take the decisions. * The COO is the top player of the company. He is the main driver, others are just for a name sake. * If you have an idea, if a great one which can make the system better, please keep it with you because they are not going to consider it. ** All the above happens if you are in a small company like this one. I am very angry on this company and I am finally taking it out. You must be thinking after reading the above that I must be an enemy of this company and that is why I am writing so harsh. Actually, I am the victim. They hired me for automation testing job. But when I made the automation framework ready, they outsourced the automation work to other third party testing company. One fine day, they informed me this and asked me to take up the manual testing work. They were expecting that I would resign but I didn't. After few days, when I completed writing the manual test cases of a new requirement, then again one fine day, they just asked me to not to come to office from the next day. First, they outsourced my part of work, which they decided in just 10 to 20 days and then they asked me to change my role and expected to deliver awesome work. Lot of expectations man. And finally they asked me to move out of the company WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. The reason they say - the skills didn't match with the kind of work they had. For god sake, I cleared the interview round how?? technical interview having to develop a test project, how? Indian candidates - PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST - NO PF, NO MEDICAL, NO BENEFITS, NOTHING except your salary. Find me and I can share you all in detail. MANCHESTER - The condition is bad even there. Few good candidate left the job because of micro management. My bad, that I am stuck in such a place where there is not much job opportunity in my field. I am struggling financially but not sad and depressed because I am confident that I ll get one soon and a better one. Thanks for reading and please trust me. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. I really wish every employee of this company read this review.

This review was left by the same person as who left the last negative one. My response is the same: I'm sorry you didn't get on well with Ignite India and we had to let you go during your probation. We wish you the best of luck with your future.
