      Working at Ignite feels like being a part of a family, so any work is mostly effortless :) Pros are as below, - Super supportive Top Tier Management - There is never a dearth for appreciation - you are returned in multiples of the effort that you put in - Excellent Team Spirit - Encourage and support training - Very good work-life balance - Perkbox access -The Ignite Wheel of Fortune special on your birthdays - Company sponsored monthly team lunches - Free beers every Friday - Support an open door policy, an employee can speak to the Management anytime - Opportunities to grow and learn are endless - Free fruit boxes Overall, a very happy and friendly bunch. Even after all these years, my learning curve only grows positively.
