Pros
Ignite is a company, like many, that without doubt, has had it's share of issues. However, unlike others, it has begun to learn from the failures and are putting solutions into practice.
Some recent leavers were a part of the problem, not the the solution to it's future, so always read things with a pinch of salt..
If the company really was bad as some claim, then it has no future. However, the company has hired some good people recently, to support the existing dedicated team. This, together with changes in technology and working practices, are making real headway into the company becoming a good place to work.
If anyone is looking at this, or the other reviews, to decide whether they should work at Ignite, I'd say go and listen to changes and strides forward that are being made. Decide for yourself and don't let your future be dictated by reviews one way or the other.
