Pros

Nothing much to say, some co-workers are fun.

Cons

The most horrible company I've ever worked at. They are a BIG MESS, they don't care about your personal life, they won't pay you the minimum wage, you can't choose any aspect of your roster, they environment is discriminatory...

Pros

Usually you get paid on date, 30 days a year of holidays and stby tickets with many airlines.

Cons

Timetables, Bad Managment, Bad Salary, Behavior of the company towards their employees, lack of a good formation program and a very slow progress inside the company.

Pros

Multinational company that offered ,good training in the aviation industry. They had a committed workforce in a stable environment. Plenty of opportunities to develop on a profesional level

Cons

It took a long time to get an offer. Took and passed the taining criteria but had to wait over a year for a contract offer. The timetable had to be flexible but I was given shifts at all hours of the day and night and could not plan my family life around it. There was an established hierarchy that was difficult to break through
