Flight benefits, 30 paid vacation days if included in Convenio

Cons

No employee development plan, Huge difference in remuneration while doing same job, Overtime not recognized and not paid or reimbursed as extra days Long working hours, Limited training available, Managers treat emloyees as machines Flight benefits policy outdated Managers always brought from outside Salaries way down from industry standards

Recognized brand, discounts for flight tickets, experienced colleagues to learn from.

Cons

Lack of meritocrazy, poorly motivated staff with frustrated aspirations. Scarce opportunities for promotions. Promotions more by friendship than by ability and efforts. Very differents workloads according to department. Mobbing and bullying to relocate people. Suggestions rarely considered by Management/Team Leaders .
