Opportunity for growth and continuing education, great training, SOME departments value work/life balance, variety of functional areas to explore, great benefits beyond medial/dental/vision, most departments offer the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days/wk, good company to work for long-term.
Cons
can be slow to change processes given that it's a global company, also because it's a global company some jobs are going overseas, favoritism can be shown to certain departments/job roles that are viewed as 'the money makers' of the Organization.
