Cons

1. Quintiles is not a paymaster. 2. No Business travel opportunities and no horizontal growth as well. 3. Not an ideal place to be if you have just started your career or if you are a enthusiastic mid level professional aspiring to move up the ladder and get a global exposure of the business.

Cons

Work doesn't really helpful for individual growth (depends on project). Exposure is very less. Salary is not exciting and growth is very slow.
