      Pros

      Great benefits. Size of company means a wide variety of clients and therapeutic areas; keeps study management interesting. Good comraderie with colleagues.

      Cons

      Internal systems did not keep up with growth of company - lots of temporary fixes going on. Bureaucracy can sometimes get in the way.

      Not a place to stay long term

      Pros

      Can get a competitive pay if you negotiate right. No micromanaging as long as you do your job and deliver on time. Different programs to be involved with that you can benefit from if you have the time, which is unlikely.

      Cons

      Too many managers and senior staff involved, providing mixed and sometimes confusing directions. Most of the managers are very inexperienced. A lack of mentor figures that can support you and guide you with your career options. It felt like a factory, where you are just a number.
