      Great salary, bonus, and benefits (vacation, health insurance and resources, educational assistance). Ability to work remotely most of the time. Friendly team environment with industry experienced people.

      Cons

      Big company, can feel somewhat disconnected at times working remotely. Everyone is very busy. Sometimes too much email communications can make it hard to sift through all of the info. Lack of guidance on professional development, as it is left up to the employee.
