      The opportunity to growth is there and you are part of a huge CRO. Enviroment is great and good benefits.

      Cons

      Changing and if you are not in USA, the opportunities are lower.

      There is always something new to learn and there are lots of job opportunities for entry-level applicants and recent graduates. Flexible telecommuting options and sick leave are also great.

      Chronically overworked employees burn out quickly; difficult to find resources across departments; compensation could be improved to better match workload
