      Too frequent WFH available. No Swipe in Swipe out system Flexi work timings No Shifts Sufficient Leaves(48 a year) Decent pay Definitely a better place for women employees No Management Politics Physical activity Reimbursement(1K per month) Employer PF is not part of CTC(yes you will get extra share from employer :-) )

      Cons

      If you are too concerned about the technology, make sure before you join. as old projects use legacy technologies New projects have been using Latest technologies.

      You can pharma and Health care domain but as a technical you will forgot every thing . You can see some sports activities through out the year .

      Cons

      They don't care about employee , no long term on sites .
