      Pros

      IMS is a leading edge company as far as technology. They have never hesitated to allow us to purchase and evaluate the latest technologies from a hardware/software perspective. Working in IT, this is huge Pro.

      Cons

      Long hours and global company make early morning and evening meetings a normal occurrence.

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic! In my department, I had trust from my managers and was able to have a better than average work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of transitions with very little explaination to staff. There was a certain level of limbo and increased competition for positions than previous. Not all departments are run by competent humans.
