      Salaries and raises are lower comparing to similar companies in the markets. Being such a big company there are a lot of burocratical barriers

      Great employee benefits, very nice, cooperative employees. A lot of work and pressure but good environment. A great and big company.

      Cons

      Lack of talent management, Not a lot of movement, people stay in their positions ...hard to obtain promotion if nobody leave the company.
