      Pros

      I had the opportunity to learn and push the limits of my position, performing tasks from my superiors. What motivates you and makes you grow, also the industry is interesting and allows you to constantly learn from it, in my case that I do not come from the health sector.

      Cons

      It depends on the area where you work, but unfortunately in my case there was a lot of turnover, it was not a good contract and neither was the salary.
