Pros
I worked for IQVIA for a year as an external contractor via an employment agency, we were a big group working on a project. When it was decided that the project had to end, we were let go quite suddenly. Some of my colleagues were very angry, but I don´t feel that it was handled badly. This was exactly why we were hired in that construction, so I expected it to happen. Actually, my manager was very open in her communication and always available for questions. I look back on a pleasant year with capable management and would work there again.
Cons
The salary was low in my opinion, it was around 18.000 bruto. Being hired by an agency, we also did not get any bonuses like a gym membership or lunch sponsorships.
