      Flexible work options and remote is available to all

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. Leaders cannot carry a team below them. The recent leaders appointed have no people managing skills and are unaware as to why people are departing. This company needs help ASAP

      Great people overall Very flexible schedule easy work and life balance benefits are some what good not all tho so its like 50/50, there are better benefits out there

      Cons

      Higher management is crap, they take forever to reply to you. dont expect to get any raise the bonus % is total joke, they promise one thing on offer but dont even expect to get close to that because after all the company factoring and performance and allocation you might get like 1% from that initial %. Impossible to get any raise. They will pay you at one salary level but will want you to perform like you are 3 levels higher. its good starting point if you want to get exp since its challenging but they dont value enough, if you want to actually give you good money you have to get an offer somewhere else and they might match but most of the time they dont. More than 20 people have left from my business unit and main reason is pay.
