      Pros

      Nice people. Nice benefits. This a good position for starting out and moving on after a couple of years.

      Cons

      No real room for growth. Understaffed. Underpaid. The pay is very, very low from area average. PTO offered is not inkeeping for a global company of this size. Little to no merit increases. There is a bit of office drama with some individuals that needs to be handled.
