Pros
At first this place was good and had a lot of great people that started with this joint venture.
Cons
Well just look at the past 3 years/ mass layoffs and benefits being stripped away. I think the Val team got it worst. The company lets go people who care and replace them for a cheaper option. The QVAL person in HR is so fake and phoney and we desperately miss our previous HR person. The company has just gone down hill cause they ruin relationships and I already going to another job where I know I won’t be accused of false stuff and am respected. This company has zero of that.
