      Pros

      This is so far the best company that i have worked at. Love my team. My work is nice and i feel respected by them,

      Cons

      Anything required with HR is a nightmare. Waited weeks to get a response. Salary raises are tiny if at all. There is no real way to get promoted. They say there is but there isnt really.

      Good teamwork, home-based when not on site. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Increased the number of DOS when they’ve implemented on most of the studies a RBMP which leads to not achieve your goals and not getting the full bonus. The procedures are becoming more and more complicated (scheduling travels, requesting reimbursement of expenses…)
