ING is a global financial services firm with lots of opportunity for those looking for a chance to work for a dynamic company almost anywhere in the world. Being active in the fields of banking, insurance and asset management, there are a variety of opportunities in different practice areas.
Cons
The strategic focus and direction towards banking, insurance and asset management is not always clear. Being a large company, it has its share of red tape and processes. This has to be expected though. Due to growth through acquisitions, the IT infrastructure as been difficult to integrate over the years leading to some technology frustrations.
